Description: Sanford Luverne's Prepared Childbirth Class provides you with information about pregnancy and prepares you for delivery.
You'll become educated and informed about labor, possible signs of preterm labor, breathing and relaxation during labor and delivery, possible Cesarean birth, and postpartum (after delivery) care.
A helpful resource manual used during this class is available to purchase for $8.
Lunch is provided.
