First Baby Born at Sanford Medical Center Luverne, Newly Unified Sanford Health

(Luverne, MN) – Sanford Medical Center Luverne is pleased to announce that Amanda Pear Schoenbeck was born to Tracy Robinson and Larry Schoenbeck on July 22. At 7 lbs. 10.5 oz., the newborn girl was the first child to be born at Sanford Medical Center Luverne under the newly unified and renamed Sanford Health.

Robinson, who lives in Adrian, received a Sanford baby blanket and onesie to celebrate Amanda’s birth. Her arrival arises during the rebirth of Sanford Health, which on the same day unified its health system under one name, mission, vision, values and wordmark.

“Sanford is an organization with a value system centered on family and community,” said Tammy Loosbrock, CEO at Sanford Medical Center Luverne. “Though we are expanding geographically, Sanford remains an organization whose roots are in providing care close to home.”

The first child born at each facility in the Sanford Health system on or after July 20 also received a Sanford onesie and blanket to honor the event.
