Luverne Home Care is a branch of the Visiting Nurses Assoiciation (VNA) Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Home care services are provided by licensed staff under the direction of your physician.
Services that are available include:

Home health care may be appropriate for:
• An individual who has recently been discharged from the hospital and is recuperating, but not fully recovered.
• A person who requires education regarding a recently diagnosed illness or medical condition.
• A child who is born with a condition needing regular monitoring.
• A person who has a chronic condition that needs frequent monitoring, such as diabetes, kidney, stroke, heart, or lung disorders.
In certain situations Medicare pays the full cost of home care, however, if a person is not covered by Medicare other payment sources include insurance, medical assistance, grants, waiver programs, or privately paying for services.
Our service area is a 30-mile radius of Luverne, Minnesota, which includes parts of South Dakota and Iowa.
